れていた。(Prior art) Conventionally, gloves made of thermoplastic synthetic resin latex such as vinyl chloride are produced by depositing a mold immersed in the latex, then pulling it up, and heating and gelling the latex adhering to the immersion mold. Furthermore, it was manufactured by a method in which a powder such as starch, mica, or talc was applied to the surface to prevent stickiness on the same surface, and then this was inverted and peeled off from the mold surface.

るに至る等の虞れがあった。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When using the above-mentioned conventional technology, the process of adhering powder to the surface of the glove before it is inverted and peeled off from the immersion mold causes powder to accumulate in the work area. There is a risk that these powders on the back of the finished product may pollute the work environment significantly and increase the incidence of defective products. The flaked powder adheres to the wearer's hands, making it unhygienic.Furthermore, the powder flakes off completely, causing stickiness on the inside of the glove and making it difficult for the hands and fingers to run smoothly on the glove. There was a risk that this would impede insertion or removal.

を構成する。(Example) A dipping mold for gloves is precipitated in latex containing a vinyl chloride-based emulsion as the main ingredient, and then pulled up.Next, the main ingredient is also a vinyl chloride-based emulsion and this is used to adhere to the surface of the glove body. The latex is made with a special compound that increases strength, reduces surface stickiness, and softens the overall texture, and contains particles of 30 ml of particles such as talc, calshcum carbonate, mica, and starch.
A glove body is constructed by immersing the above-mentioned glove body into a liquid obtained by mixing and stirring a powder of about 150 microns and integrating it with a material body.

有するものである。(Effects) Since the present invention is as described above, there is no need for the above-mentioned process of adhering powder to the surface of the glove when the glove is peeled off from its dipping type, thereby reducing the contamination of the working environment and the high cost. There is an advantage that the defective rate can be significantly improved, and the gloves obtained by the present invention have powder on the back side that flakes off due to the sweat of the user's hands, and this flaked powder sticks to the wearer's hands and is non-functional. It is more hygienic, and it also prevents the possibility that these powders will completely flake off, causing stickiness on the inside of the glove, or preventing smooth insertion and removal of fingers into the glove. It is effective.
