和脂肪酸、2不飽和脂肪酸が含有されていても良い。高
度不飽和脂肪酸は、トリグリセリドの形の他、ジグリセ
リド、モノグリセリド或いはエタノール等とのアルコー
ルエステル等として、或いは遊離酸として存在していて
も良い。
