Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize the titled apparatus and to enhance collection efficiency, by allowing an endless rubber belt, which is supported by a plurality of rotary rollers and has vertical walls provided to both ends thereof, to advance under vibration so as to transfer the same from a horizontal state to an up-grade. CONSTITUTION:When a vibrator 8 and a drive roller 3 are operated, a vibration frame 5 and a rotary roller 11 are vibrated and an endless rubber belt 10 advancing to an upward direction is also vibrated. When turbid water containing fine sand is supplied onto the endless rubber belt 10 at an area where the rubber belt advances almost horizontally, impurities such as mud lump or dust in fine sand are floated by the vibration of the rubber belt 10 ad separated from fine sand as the rubber belt advances. These impurities flow to a lower place along with water and can not go up an up-grade along with fine sand while only fine sand goes up the endless rubber belt 10 to reach the upper end of said belt 10 and is fallen to a discharge hopper 12 from the end of the endless rubber belt 10 when said belt 10 is reversed.

(Problem to be solved) With conventional means, when carrying out fine sand work, it is necessary to set up another settling area for discharging polluted water, or to suspend the previous process and drain polluted water during carrying out work. Because it was necessary to prevent water from flowing away, large areas of land were required and equipment costs were high.Furthermore, even with large-scale equipment, collection efficiency was poor.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a structure in which corrugated vertical walls are provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction between the driving roller and the driven roller provided at both ends of the main frame. An endless rubber band is stretched, a vibration frame that is vibrated by a vibration exciter is attached to the main frame with an elastic member such as a coil spring interposed, and the bottom of the endless rubber band contacts the vibration frame along the width direction. A large number of rotating rollers are installed, and the endless rubber band located on the upper side of the rotating rollers is set so that it travels roughly horizontally in the direction of travel at first, and then slopes up midway through. It was designed to move while vibrating.

(Function) In this invention, when the vibrator and drive roller are operated, the upper endless rubber band vibrates and moves from a low position to a high position, and the approximately horizontal movement area becomes contaminated with fine sand. When water is supplied, impurities with low specific gravity cannot climb up the slope, and when the endless rubber band reaches the top and turns over, fine sand with high purity is discharged from the endless rubber band.

A tower 7 is provided so as to straddle the vibration frames 5 attached to each of a pair of parallel main frames 1 of two trees, and a vibration exciter 8 is attached to this tower 7. Therefore, when the vibration exciter 8 is activated, the tower 7 vibrates first, the vibration of the tower 7 is transmitted to the vibration frame 5, and the transmission of the vibration of the vibration frame 5 to the main frame 1 is suppressed by the elastic member 6. .

The polluted water containing fine sand is supplied onto the endless rubber band 10 at a portion where the endless rubber band 1o is moving approximately horizontally, that is, at the right end in FIG. The fine sand that has climbed the climbing slope is dropped from the discharge hopper 12. In addition, an appropriate number of water sprinklers 13 are provided in the middle of the endless rubber band 10 in the direction of movement to further remove impurities with light specific gravity.

As shown in FIG. 3, the aforementioned rotating rollers 11 are installed in pairs on the left and right so as to be inclined downward toward the center of the endless rubber band 1o, and a suitable endless rubber band is placed on these rotating rollers 511. The center of 1o is recessed, and the endless rubber band 1o in the width direction is slackened in a roughly arc shape. Endless rubber band 1
0, if the center is depressed in a deep V-shape, the amount of fine sand to be discharged and conveyed will decrease, and the amount of fine sand obtained per unit time will decrease, so the degree of the depression in the center will vary from the depth to the bottom. It is preferable to set it somewhere in the middle, not too shallow.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the main frame 1 itself has an upward slope from the middle, but the main frame 1 itself may be flat, and the point is that the endless rubber band 10 initially advances in a generally horizontal direction, and then It is only necessary that the slope be set so that the slope is upward.

When polluted water containing fine sand is supplied onto the rubber band 10 at a portion where the endless rubber band 10 advances approximately horizontally, since the rubber band 10 is being photographed, impurities in the fine sand, such as mud lumps, etc. The dirt and the like float up, and as the rubber band 10 advances while vibrating, it is further separated from the fine sand. Impurities are washed away with the water and cannot be climbed uphill along with the fine sand. The slope of the climb is preferably within the range of 20 degrees to 45 degrees. The rotational speed of the endless rubber band 10 is preferably 0.5 to 1.5 revolutions per minute for the rubber band 10 having a length of 8111 mm.

(Effects) As explained above, according to the present invention, the entire device has an extremely compact and simple structure, and a reservoir can be eliminated. Furthermore, the resulting fine sand has extremely low impurities and also has low water content. Furthermore, since the endless rubber band has vertical walls, there is no need to make a deep depression in the center of the rubber band, and the amount of fine sand that stays on the rubber band per unit area increases.
More fine sand can be collected in a shorter time.
