部として形成されており、上記サイドパネルの少
くとも下縁部に、サイドパネルの外周縁に沿つて
のびる段部を介して車体の内外方向に位置ずれし
た当接部が形成され、この当接部に上記リツプ部
が当接されていることを特徴とする自動車のサイ
