The problem of electromagnetic interference, such as malfunctions, has become increasingly serious.

Zinc spraying has been used for a long time as a shielding method for plastic housings, and has an excellent shielding effect. However, this method poses a problem in the adhesion between the plastic substrate and the applied zinc coating. If the zinc coating easily peels off or cracks occur, the shielding effect will be reduced.
