され且つ上記超音波送受波方向に対して略直角方
向に延出して形成され、操作者の指の押圧で上記
刺針が摺動可能に支持されるべく所定の深さ寸法
を有する刺針導入用溝が上記延出端部における上
記超音波送受波方向と略同一方向に沿つて形成さ
れた操作把持部とから構成されたことを特徴とす
