It has drawbacks such as the occurrence of sweat and extreme shrinkage when drying, and it also has the disadvantage that if it absorbs too much sweat, it becomes slimy and becomes slippery.

例について詳細に説明すれば次のとおりである。 The purpose of the present invention is to provide a grip tape that can eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional natural leather tape mentioned above and has the same suitability for wrapping as natural leather. The illustrated embodiment will be described in detail as follows.

る。 In general, natural leather tape is suitable as a grip tape because when it is pulled strongly and wrapped around a grip, the stretching force causes the tape to curve in the width direction into an arc shape with a convex surface. This is because the rotation joints can form tightly aligned grip surfaces.

考えられる。 However, in the case of a woven tape with little warp elongation and weft elongation, when it is pulled strongly, a stronger force is applied to the outer edge in the weft direction, causing the tape to curve into an arc with a concave surface and achieve appropriate warp elongation. Unless a strong force is applied in the warp direction, an arcuate curvature of the convex surface cannot be obtained. In addition, in the case of extremely large warp elongation such as knit, or material such as tricot where the warp elongation is larger than the weft elongation, when a strong force is applied in the warp direction, the weft A tape made of a single layer such as a knitted fabric is unlikely to be suitable as a grip tape because it shrinks rapidly in the direction and wrinkles occur, making it unable to function as a grip tape. In this case, it is desirable to adjust the elongation balance between warp and warp between 1:1 and 1:2 based on experiments, and the balance of warp and warp elongation of natural leather tape naturally falls within this range (approximately 1:1.5). from,
It is thought that the double or multilayer structure of natural leather is a major reason why natural leather tape sufficiently exhibits the desired effects as a grip tape.

This can be experimentally proven.

に構成されている。 Therefore, in this invention, we have punched a synthetic fiber web such as polyester or nylon to achieve a balance of warp and warp elongation of 1:1 to 1:2.
A nonwoven fabric with a three-dimensional structure adjusted to a range of A synthetic resin foam layer 2 such as polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, etc. is laminated and the surface is polished to give a suede-like structure, which is then slit in the longitudinal direction to form a grip tape 3 as shown in FIG. 4 in Figure 2 indicates the taper of the sliced portions of both side edges of the tape 3.
The above-mentioned resin-impregnated nonwoven fabrics are made using a normal method (blower method, sliver method, etc.) and are needle-punched at 600 to 900 per cm2 to increase the density.
The ratio of resin and fiber should be around 0.14 to 0.2.
The foamed layer 2 was obtained by impregnating the resin with a ratio of about 40:60 to 60:40 (warp elongation of about 30% to 80%, warp elongation ratio of about 1:1 to 1:2). Coating is obtained by attaching a foamed film by dry or wet gelling, and the elongation of this layer is 10% or more greater than the longitudinal elongation of the base layer 1.

The tape is curved, and the tapered portions overlap each other, resulting in consistent winding (when the tape is curved in an arc shape with a concave surface, the winding joint edge portion thereof rolls up).

ことが判明した。Example A web made of a mixture of 35% polyester and 65% nylon was punched to a density of 0.18, impregnated with NBR resin with a solid content of 20%, and the solid content was 48% fiber.
The impregnated nonwoven fabric obtained by dry gelling and drying, adjusted to 52% PU resin, was sliced into 1m/m thick slices, coated with urethane resin with a solid content of 10%, and then processed by wet gelling. A foam layer with a thickness of 300 to 400 microns is formed, and the surface is made suede-like by buffing, with a total thickness of 1.25 to 1.35 m/m.
of structures were created, and the growth rate was 59%.
The latitude was 72% (JIS method). Slice this structure into 2cm wide pieces, make a 1.2m tape with one end tapered, taper both sides of the back side at 2m/m to create a grip tape, and wrap it around the grip using a bond. After applying it several times, a finish that looked exactly like natural leather was obtained, and when it was actually used, there was no sliminess or discoloration that natural leather has, and even after a considerable period of use, there was no shrinkage, mold, or mildew. It was found that the purpose was satisfactorily achieved without generating any strange odor.

除くことができたものである。 Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to take full advantage of the advantages of conventional grip tape made of natural leather, and since the foam layer touches the hand, it exhibits a sufficient anti-slip effect even if it gets wet with temporary cold sweat. Because it is a synthetic product, there is no risk of mold, shrinkage, or fading, completely eliminating the drawbacks of natural leather grip tapes.
