一つの側壁６、後壁７および底面８からなる切欠段部３
が設けられ、この切欠段部３内で溝入れ用の切刃チップ
４を備えたブレード５が、締付はポルト１４によって固

て前記゛締付はポルト１４に螺合するナツト１６によっ
て、直径方向の位置調整が可能になっており、前記切刃
チップ４は、前記ブレード５のチップ座１８内で、その
切削稜端２１が、軸方向先端に凸出するように組込まれ
