Claims (1)
複数の円すいころを介装するとともに、該円すいころを
合成樹脂製保持器にて円周等配位置に保持し、内輪の大
径部にのみ円すいころ案内用の鍔を設け、前記保持器の
大径側環状部の円すいころ間相当位置に前記鍔に係合す
る突出部を形成してなる円すいころ軸受において、前記
保持器の大径側環状部に形成した突出部を、先端が半径
方向内方に折曲されかつ該先端部の幅および厚みが基部
より漸次先細りとした形状となし、前記鍔の外周部に軸
受内部側から外方に向かって直径が増加する傾斜面を形
成するとともに該鍔に前記突出部の保合部を形成し、軸
受回転中、前記鍔に対して非接触を保つように前記突出
部の先端部を前記係合部に係合してなる円すいころ軸受
。 (2)前記突出部を保持器の大径側環状部と同体に形成
した実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)に記載の円すいころ
軸受。 (3)前記突出部を保持器の大径側環状部と別体に形成
した後、該大径側環状部に一体に結合してなる実用新案
