Description of the Related Art A net fabric is known, which is made by laminating two net-like sheets made by providing and expanding a large number of slits in a crisscrossing manner. However, in order to obtain a net-like sheet used for this type of net fabric, for example, a slitter roller having blades protruding in a predetermined arrangement pattern on the outer peripheral surface of a rotor body is used, and when the roller is rotating, a synthetic resin film is is supplied onto the peripheral surface of the roller to form a large number of slits in the film,
This slit is widened, and in this case,
By simply widening the film (11) with a large number of slits (12) in the direction of arrow B as in the example shown in Fig. 5, the slits 7+-(12)' are expanded as shown in Fig. 6. Forming the mesh (16) is not preferable because the film strip 1a (IIC) surrounding the mesh (I6) will be distorted or twisted as shown in the figure, and will stand up at an angle with respect to the sheet surface.

Generally, it is used by stacking two or more mesh sheets and welding them together, or by laminating them on other film sheets or paper, but in this case, as mentioned above, The net-like sheet (17) is widened so that the mesh (16)
) If the film strip (11C) surrounding the film strip (11C) is in an upright state, when the sheets are overlapped and welded or bonded as described above, there will be a gap between the two sheets corresponding to the rise of the film strip (IIC). In practice, this results in some problems, such as gaps occurring, poor welding, and non-uniform mesh sizes.

Since it is expanded into a mesh, there is no distortion, twisting, or rising of the film band surrounding the mesh as in conventional methods.
The overall shape is a flat sheet similar to film, and when the sheets are stacked together to form a net fabric, alignment, welding, or adhesion can be easily and reliably performed, and processing workability can be extremely improved. . In addition, each mesh formed by the slits that are expanded and formed by film stretching has a uniform size and shape over the entire surface, and since the elongation and elastic force of the film are regulated by stretching, the mesh shape can be well maintained. Coupled with the fact that the film band is continuous in a plane, the sheet does not lose its shape in the width direction unlike conventional sheets, and the sheet is easy to handle. A high-quality mesh fabric can be obtained. Furthermore, this reticulated sheet can be obtained by making a large number of slits in a film and stretching the film, and it can be provided easily and at low cost without the need for steps such as widening. There is also the advantage that the size and shape of the mesh can be arbitrarily set by appropriately selecting the angle of the slits with respect to the direction, the angle of the slit arrangement direction, and the slit interval.

A large number of slits (2) are formed by supplying the film (1) between the roller (4) and the pressing roller (5). These slits (2) are formed parallel to each other and in approximately the same direction as the stretching direction of the film (1), which will be described later, as illustrated in FIG. ), slits (2) are arranged parallel to each other in multiple rows, and adjacent slits (2) in each row are spaced at minute intervals (Ad
) and are arranged so that some of the slits (2) overlap each other, and the arrangement direction of the slits (2) is approximately the same direction as the film stretching direction, which will be described later, and has a slight angle. . For example, when the film (1) is stretched in the width direction, slits (2) are formed and arranged in the film width direction as shown in Figure 2, and when the film (1) is stretched in the length direction, the slits (2) are formed and arranged in the film width direction. 2) in the length direction
It is sufficient to arrange only a. Then, as above (
The film (1) in which the slits (2) have been formed is stretched by applying a tensile force in substantially the same direction as the slits (2) (in the direction of arrow A in the figure), such as the film width direction or length direction. Due to this stretching, the above distance fdl and (Ad)
becomes the capital city (1b) in Figure 4, and as a result, the slit (2
) expands into a long thin strip, and a mesh (6) is formed there, resulting in a mesh sheet (7) according to the present invention. Therefore, the size and shape of the mesh (6) are determined by the length of the slits (2), the angle of the slits (2) with respect to the stretching direction, the arrangement direction, and the opening of the slits. However, in the reticulated sheet (7) of the present invention obtained in this manner, since the reticulated sheets (6) formed by expanding the slits are formed by film stretching, the film band (la) surrounding each reticulated mesh (6) (
The glaze (lb) is stretched out on the car for a long time, so there is no distortion, twisting or tilting, and it forms a flat mesh similar to film, and each mesh (6) has the same size and shape, making it uniform. .
