Claims (1)
一対のトランジスタにて形成した非安定マルチバイブレ
ータと、上記電源端子に供給される駆動電源電圧が第１
の設定電圧以上であることを検出して上記非安定マルチ
バイブレータの発振動作を停止させる第１の検出回路と
、上記駆動電源電圧が第２の設定電圧以下であることを
検出して上記非安定マルチバイブレータの発振動作を停
止させる第２の検出回路と、上記非安定マルチバイブレ
ータの少なくとも一方のトランジスタにより駆動される
