The contacts 12 of the relay are closed by energizing the relay winding 16 connected in parallel with the load 13 via a normally closed switch 14. A normally open switch 163 for starting is connected to contact 12 of the relay.

Current flows through 4, so that contact 12 is closed. Then, the load 13 is energized, and the coil 16 is also kept energized. To turn off the power to load 13, press switch 1.
4 is activated and turned OFF even momentarily, the current to the winding 16 of the relay is cut off and the contact 12 is opened. If the user forgets to turn off the switch 14 and the power is turned off,
As the voltage of the battery 11 decreases, the current flowing to the relay winding 16 decreases. When the voltage further decreases, the relay contact 12 is opened. In this case, the power supply to the load 13 is cut off, and the power supply to the relay winding 16 is also cut off, so that the battery 11 is completely disconnected from the load, and no over-discharge occurs.

A constant voltage diode 17 is connected in series with the constant voltage diode 17. In this case, when the voltage of the battery 11 becomes lower than the set voltage of the constant voltage diode 17, no current flows and the contact 12 is opened. When the constant voltage diode 17 is used, the voltage of the battery 11 becomes constant when the contact 12 is opened, and there is an advantage that there is no variation in operation and stable operation is achieved.

When the voltage drops, the contacts open, so the battery does not over-discharge or deteriorate, providing a long-life device.
