Claims (1)

管群に分割すると共に、上記各冷却管群への冷却水の供
給遮断を切換える切換弁と上記空気冷却器内を流過する
空気の温度を検出する温度検出器と該温度検出器からの
検出温度により上記切換弁の開閉を制御する駆動装置と
