Abstract

PURPOSE:To recognize incoming information in the absence by storing a caller telephone number and a selection number into a storage section when an incoming call comes in the setting of absence mode. CONSTITUTION:When the operator enters an absence mode setting key 13, a control section 7 reaches the absence mode and when a call comes from a communication line 23, the control section 7 receives incoming information and caller telephone number information from a network interface section 5, checks the date to store a selection number, incoming date, a caller telephone number into a storage section 9. When the operator comes back home, a list call key 15 is received to display the stored content on a display section 21, thereby checking calls coming during the absence and a call command key 17 and a dial key 11 corresponding to the selection number with respect to the relevant caller telephone number are inputted. The control section 7 reads the telephone number corresponding to the selection number from the storage section 9 and outputs a prescribed dial signal to call the party. Thus, the size of the equipment is small and the cost is low and the incoming information in the absence is recognized.
