Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent vibration of a underwater pipe by up-down moveably hanging a ring body and a plate body group which are rotatably engaged inserted to an pipe with chains. CONSTITUTION: A revolving ring section 1, which is engaged inserted to a underwater pipe 6 for working operation and is a dividable annular body hung in the middle of the underwater pipe 6 with chains 5, is comprised with a revolving ring rail 11 and a revolving ring 12. When hanging the revolving ring 11, the revolving ring rail 11 is horizontally positioned, and hung from the underwater pipe 6 at regular intervals. A plurality of chains 5 are connected hanging from a lower surface of the revolving ring 12, a steel flag body 2 is mounted on an uppermost section of the chain 5, and predetermined pieces of fabric flag bodies 3 are mounted below the steel flags 2.
