CONSTITUTION: A steel cord constituting a belt is composed of 28-52 steel filaments having 0.05-0.10 mm filament diameter and has >=30 kg/cord tenacity. The steel cord is constructed so as to make a W value (=Y/T×S) calculated from the flexural rigidity Y (kg.mm/5 cm) of a belt, a cord tenacity T (kg/cord) and the void amount S (mm) of the belt cord <=30.
