Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize an easy fabrication method of a stable superconducting coil which does not produce any deterioration in characteristics due to thermal distortion and reaction between the substrate and superconductor by printing, applying, and calcining powder paster of superconductive ceramics with a composition of LnM2Cu3O7-k on ceramic substrate with a composition of R2MCuO5 to form coil. CONSTITUTION:A supersonic ceramics coil consisting of superconducting ceramics material whose critical temperature transiting to superconduction is higher than the boiling point of liquid nitrogen by printing, applying, and calcining powder paste of superconductive ceramics substrate with a composition of LnM2Cu3O7-k on ceramic substrates 1 and 11 with a composition of R2MCuO5 for forming coils 2 and 21. However, R should at least one of rare earth elements La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Sc, and Y; Ln should be at least one of rare earth elements La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Br, Tm, Yb, Lu, and Y; M should by at least one of Ba, Sr, and Ca; k should be larger than 0 and smaller than 1.
