Abstract

PURPOSE:To print a highly accurate membrane having a uniform thickness and no stripe pattern, by applying ink to an anilox roller in a spray state within a spray range wider than a printing plate for the spray time corresponding to one revolution of the anilox roll. CONSTITUTION:A fluid hose 1 and an ink hose 2 are connected to an ink nozzle 3 and, by allowing compressed air to flow out from the fluid hose 1 of the ink nozzle 3, the ink 5 of an ink sump 4 is sprayed from the ink nozzle 3 in a spray state through the ink hose 2 to be applied to an anilox roll 6 within a coating range about 1.5-2 times the width of a printing plate. A coating time is set to the time corresponding to one revolution of the anilox roll 6 and the ink is uniformly applied to the entire periphery of said roll 6. A plate cylinder 8 is present under the anilox roll 6 and rotated to bring the plate 9 mounted to a part of the outer periphery of the plate cylinder 8 into contact with the anilox roll 6 and, further, the plate cylinder 8 is rotated and the matter 11 to be printed on a table 10 is moved toward the plate 9 and brought into contact with said plate 9 to perform printing.
