Abstract
PURPOSE:To quickly escape from the inconsistent switching condition by a simple software and a circuit by switching again a used device with a switching means when it is the inconsistent switching condition after the switching from a currently used device to a spare device and even after the passing of first and second stabilizing times. CONSTITUTION:When the inconsistent switching condition occurs because one station performs a switching action due to an external switching factor, a station 1 starts the switching action from a currently used device 10 to a spare device 11, a station 2 starts, together with the station 1, the switching action from a spare device 21 to a currently used device 20, the both stations enter the stabilizing time after the switching actions, and the switching actions are not performed for the both stations. When the station 1 is in the inconsistent condition after the passing of the stabilizing time, the switching action from the spare device 11 to the currently used device 10 is started under the control of a switching means 13, on the other hand, the stabilizing time does not pass in the station 2, the condition continues to be switched to the currently used device 20, the stations 1 and 2 are stabilized because of the identical switching condition, and escape from the inconsistent switching condition. Thus, the switching control information between the stations 1 and 2 can be simplified only for the self-station switching information.
