Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Performing the fixing of paper sheet 31 between a heat roller 21 and a press roller 22 in a fixer part, because a pawl part 32c, provided in one end of two or more guides 32 turnably supported in a turn supporting point part 32a mounting a tension spring 33 to be hooked to a protrusion part 32d, is lightly adapted to the heat roller 21, the paper sheet 31 is separated in its point end and fed along the guide 32 to between a driver roller 26a of paired paper discharge rollers and a driven roller 26b supported to another end part 32b of the guide 32. And lifting the driven roller 26b from a small contour part 25b to a large contour part 25a while holding the paper sheet 31 to be conveyed between the large contour part 25a of the drive roller 26a and the driven roller 26b, the pawl part 32c is detached from the heat roller 21, generating no security of toner. By the mechanism thus obtained, good fixing can be performed.
