Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a transmission circuit capable of long range transmission with noise immunity and fast transmission speed by devising the titled circuit such that no current flows to a transmission line in supplying one and same signal to all input terminals of a sender side circuit and a prescribed current flows in supplying a different signal to >=1 input terminal. CONSTITUTION:In supplying L logic signal to all input terminals 181,... 18n, since all transistors (TRs) 381, 391,... 38n, 39n constituting sender side circuits 321,... 32n are controlled to be OFF, no current flows to the transmission line 16. In giving an H logic signal to at least one input terminal, e.g., terminal 18k, the 1st TR 38k and the 2nd TR 39k constituting the receiver side circuit 32k are turned on and a current flows to a termination resistor in the receiver side circuit 33 and the line 16. Thus, the circuit is of current drive type, the deterioration in noise margin due to the voltage drop of the transmission line in case of long range transmission is less.
