Abstract
PURPOSE:To automate the humidity control treatment of a plastic product in connection with an injection molding machine, by providing an order generating means generating an order necessary for each fractionized work and a means for automatically performing each work on the basis of said order. CONSTITUTION:The number of products to be received in a bucket 5 are set by the detection apparatus 3 provided to a conveyor part 2. The detection apparatus 3 applies a signal to a buffer part 4 when the quantity of the products reaches a set value and, when the buffer part 4 receives the signal, a buffer shooter is raised to stop the supply of the products to the bucket 5. The bucket 5 moves a humidity controller 6 and an arm 91 falls to immerse the bucket 5 in a hot water tank 61 and, when humidity control is finished, the bucket 5 is again hung up by the arm 91 to be dried by a drying apparatus 7 and detached from the arm 91 in a discharge part 8 to discharge the products. The empty bucket 5 is again hung by the arm 91 to be recirculated and moved to a receiving apparatus 1. A series of treatment processes are repeated in connection with an injection molding machine and the automation of humidity control treatment is realized.
