Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the frequency characteristic at a high frequency by providing a positive feedback circuit and a negative feedback circuit to the inside of an amplifier circuit without lowering the input impedance even at high frequencies. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C1 and a resistor R4 constitute a positive feedback circuit connected between the collector and output terminal 2 of an input TR Q1 and a capacitor C2 and a resistor R5 form a negative feedback circuit connected between an input terminal 1 and the output terminal 2. Thus, the gain at middle/high frequencies is increased by the positive feedback circuit (comprising C1, R4) provided in the inside of the amplifier circuit to compensate the gain reduction at high/middle frequencies by the negative feedback circuit (comprising C2, R5) thereby improving the high frequency characteristic. Since it is not required to connect a capacitor for high frequency compensation, the reduction in the input impedance at the high frequency is avoided.
