Abstract

PURPOSE:To certainly feed back a leak current to a power source part, by a method wherein a conductive tape having a two-layered conductive part is wound around the outer periphery of an airtight layer in such a state the vapor deposition film forming surface thereof is turned to the inside to be partially superposed each other to form a conductive layer. CONSTITUTION:A treatment jig insert channel 9 is formed of a porous tube 12, an airtight layer 13 and a conductive layer 14. The conductive layer 14 is formed by using a conductive tape 20, which is formed by laminating a conductive metal foil 18 to one side surface of an insulating base tape 16 through an adhesive layer 17 and further forming a metal vapor deposition film 19 on the metal foil 18, to wind the same around the airtight layer 13 in such a half lap state that the metal vapor deposition film 19 thereof is turned to the inside to be partially overlapped each other.
