Abstract
PURPOSE: To quicken operation by a method wherein a pair of brackets, to which a plurality of holes are formed, is installed on the building side, a balcony, to which holes corresponding to the holes of the brackets are formed, is suspended and one hole is conformed, and the balcony is tilted and other holes of the balcony are made to coincide with other holes. CONSTITUTION: A pair of left-right brackets 10 for installing the balcony are fixed onto a building 2, and through-holes 12a-12c are bored to a supporting plates 12 for the brackets 10. Holes 30 corresponding to the holes 12a or the like are bored to the floor beam 22a or the like of the balcony. The balcony 1 is hung up in the posture of forward tilting by a crane 6, and joint pins are inserted into the holes 12a and put into the through-holes 30 at a lowermost stage. The balcony 1 is inclined centering around the joint pins by a puller 7 through an eye bolt 46 fixed onto the upper section of a second-floor house unit 4, the holes 12b, 12c are conformed to the through-holes 30 respectively, and the bolts are inserted and clamped.
