周辺部の複数の位置に夫々開口した吸気口を先端
に有する複数のパイプを配設すると共に、これら
パイプを夫々電磁弁を介して1つの流路に接続し
、該流路にガス検出器を設けて前記電磁弁を順次
ON―OFFするようにしたことを特徴とする溶
媒リーク検出システム。 2 前記複数のパイプと別個に、前記1つの流路
に電磁弁を介して接続され、先端に吸気口を備え
た少なくとも1本のパイプが分析機器周辺部から
