Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase magnetizing efficiency and stabilize an attraction force by applying V-shape and slope to the ends of a U-shaped iron core and a V-shaped armature for enabling the mutual contact thereof with each other. CONSTITUTION:A movable contact point spring 6 having a movable contact point 4 and a hinge spring part 5 is arranged at both sides of a U-shaped armature 3 and monolithically fixed via an insulation fixing body 7, thereby forming a movable contact point spring block. A coil is wound about a coil spool 9 with a U-shaped iron core 1 and a coil terminal 8 embedded therein, and a magnet coil 10 and a magnet piece 11 are fixed to a magnet mounting hole 18 at the internal center of the iron core 1, thereby forming a coil assembly body. Thereafter, the coil assembly body is coupled and fixed to the inside of an insulation body seat 16, and then the coil terminal 8 and a coil lead terminal 15 are connected to each other. In this case, both ends of the U-shaped iron core 1 and the U-shaped armature 3 are made to have a V-shape and slope, thereby increasing a magnetic pole area.
