Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a molded body with a skin, the external appearance of the surface of which is favorable, by a constitution wherein the molded body consists of thermoplastic resin, resin intermediate layer, which is compatible with said thermoplastic resin and Young's modulus of which is 3,000kg/cm<2> or less, and a skin. CONSTITUTION:Skin material 1 is obtained by pasting thermoplastic resin and resin intermediate layer, which is compatible with said thermoplastic resin and at the same time Young's modulus of which is 3,000kg/cm<2> or less to each other. After that, the skin material 1 is seated on a female mold 5 and then fixed to the mold parting face 2 of the female mold by a skin material fixing plate 13 annexed to a male mold 3. In succession, the predetermined amount of molten thermoplastic resin is fed from an injection device 6 through a resin feeding gate 4 in the male mold 3 onto the skin material 1. When the molten resin is fed, the female mold 5 is raised in order to close both the molds.
