軸を回転自在に取付け、このロータ回転軸に複数
のロータプレートおよびワツシヤを交互に嵌合す
るとともに、前記各ロータプレートの間に複数枚
のステータプレートを配設し、前記各ステータプ
レートの間にこのステータプレートを所定間隔に
保持するようにスペーサを一体に形成してなる可
変コンデンサにおいて、前記ステータプレートお
よび前記スペーサを貫通する一対の固定孔を穿設
し、前記固定孔にコ字状の止め金具を挿入し、こ
の止め金具の両端部を折り曲げ形成することによ
り前記ステータプレートおよびスペーサを一体に
