Abstract
PURPOSE:To make variation in the quantity of rising gas in a low pressure column minimum independently of Ar separation so as to effect constant rectification by returning liquid oxygen at the bottom of a sub-rectifying column to the lower part of a low pressure column, and N2 gas at the top of the sub-rectifying column to the middle part of the low prresure column.
