PURPOSE:Vibrators are arranged in series and in parallel so that each resonance frequency of serial vibrators will become higher from the input side and each antiresonance frequency of parallel vibrators will do in the same way, thereby simplifying its fabrication with the spurious response suppressed in the stopping range.
