Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a process which renders it possible to recover gypsum of good quality, and circulate and reuse an absorbing solution by using an aqueous solution containing an organic acid, NH4 salt, as the absorbing solution so that exhaust gas containing SO2 is desulfurized and scrubbed easily and economically.
