The air in the gap between the exterior material and the wall escapes upward, improving the heat dissipation effect. In winter, by closing the movable edges, the air in the gap does not escape, improving the heat retention effect, and improving the appearance. The goal is to provide an unsightly exterior wall structure.
以下本発明を実施例によシ詳述する。The present invention will be explained in detail below using examples.

保全が容易である。As described above, the present invention involves attaching an exterior material to the outer surface of a wall through a gap, and operating the opening and closing operation using bimetal temperature sensing in an opening that communicates with the gap provided between the upper end of the exterior material and the eaves. Since the movable surrounding edge is installed, the movable surrounding edge is automatically opened and closed by bimetal depending on the outside temperature, and when the movable surrounding edge is opened in the summer, the gap between the exterior material and the wall surface is reduced. The air in the gaps escapes upwards, improving the heat dissipation effect, and in winter, by closing the movable edges, the air in the gaps does not escape, improving the protection effect, allowing for comfortable living in both summer and winter. Moreover, since the movable surrounding edge is installed in the opening between the upper end of the exterior material and the soffit, it is difficult to see from the outside and does not make the appearance unattractive. Even though a movable surrounding edge is attached to the opening, which is located at a high place, the opening and closing operation is performed using a metal bar, so there is no breakdown and there is no need for repairs, making maintenance easy.
