Claims

A hydraulic shock absorber in which a bottom member is disposed at the lower end of an inner cylinder, a partition wall is arranged above the bottom member at a distance, and a valve body is biased toward the partition wall by a coil spring that is engaged with the bottom member. The partition wall has a hole and a counterbore provided at the lower end of the hole and opened eccentrically with respect to the center of the hole, and the valve body has a hole between the hole and the counterbore.
