The disadvantage was that the work efficiency was reduced because only one worker could do the work. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the recovery work in the event of wire breakage by one step.
To provide a stranded wire manufacturing device that can be operated by a human operator and has improved workability.

FIG. 1 shows a stranded wire manufacturing apparatus 10 according to the present invention, which includes a multi-strand wire drawing machine 12 and a buncher type stranding machine 14. The wire drawing machine 12 and the J-twisting machine 14 are combined on the same line. In the illustrated embodiment, the twister 14 has seven
It is shown that it is actually twisted, and multiple (7) wire rods 1
After being supplied from the supply stand 16 to the wire drawing machine 12 and drawn, the wire is twisted by the wire twisting machine 14 while being applied with a constant tension force by the tension control brake means 18 to become a twisted wire. The device 10 of the present invention further includes a wire hanging assisting means 20 provided upstream of the braking means 18 between the wire drawing machine 12 and the wire twisting machine 14.

It has a guide groove 27a to pass through. The proc 32 is connected to both ends of a chain 40 that spans the sprockets 36 and 38. Therefore, by driving the sprocket, the chain 40 is moved, and the proc 32 is moved together with the movable sheep 26 to the upper limit position 26A or the lower limit position. It is possible to move between positions 26B (see FIG. 2). One sprocket 38 is driven via a transmission means 48 from a drive source 46 including a motor 42 and an electromagnetic clutch 44, and this drive source 46 is connected to an electromagnetic brake 50.

It can go down to 6B. In addition, the electromagnetic clutch 4
4, the motor 42 is stopped, the electromagnetic brake 50 is deactivated, and the wire rod 1 is pulled toward the stranding machine 14.
6 can be raised to the upper limit position 26A. By operating the electromagnetic brake 50, the chain 40 is fixed, so the position of the movable sheep 26 is fixed. In FIG. 3, reference numerals 52 and 52'' are limit switches that regulate the upper limit position and the lower limit position. Next, the operation of the above device will be described. Seven wire rods 1 are transferred from the supply stand 16 to the wire drawing machine 12. The wire is supplied, drawn, passed through the wire-hanging auxiliary means 20 and the brake means 18, and then supplied to the bunchier-type wire twisting machine 14, where it is twisted under constant tension.

がある。In addition, during normal operation, the movable sheep 26 of the line hooking auxiliary means 20
is at the upper limit position 526A. If the wire is broken in the wire twisting machine 4 during operation, the device is stopped and the wire is connected between the wire drawing machine 12 and the wire twisting machine 14, or the connected wire is transferred to the wire drawing machine 1.
2 and the twisting machine 14, the work becomes long. Therefore, when the electromagnetic brake 50 is deactivated and the electromagnetic clutch 44 is engaged to drive the motor 42, the movable sheep 26 descends and accumulates wires, so that at first the wires other than the connected wires are affected by the inching of the wire drawing machine. The wire rods are then fed out and finally stop at the lower limit position 26B with all the wire rods having the same length. Next, when only the wire twisting machine 14 is rotated manually or automatically, the movable sheep 26 rises and the wire decreases, and finally reaches the upper limit position 26A. In this way, the lengths of all the wires are adjusted and the electromagnetic brake 50 is applied to restart the operation of the apparatus. In the above embodiment, the movable support mechanism 28 of the movable sheep 26 uses a chain 40.
The electromagnetic brake 50 may be replaced with a wire, a loop or other suitable member, and an appropriate locking member may be used instead of the electromagnetic brake 50. Further, the drive source 46 may be a weight instead of a motor and a clutch. Further, the movement of the movable sheep 26 may be in a direction other than the vertical direction as long as the line can be accumulated or reduced. According to the present invention, as described above, it is possible to automatically adjust the length of the wire after connecting it when the wire is broken, so that the restoration work can be carried out efficiently by one worker, and therefore the work can be carried out efficiently. There are practical benefits that can significantly improve sex.
