In horizontal walls, the joints are horizontal joints with the width of the panel,
Vertical vertical joints formed at the longitudinal ends of the panels appear visually. The conventional waterproofing and design treatment for vertical joints has been to simply fill them with caulking agent. However, in order to fill with caulking agent and obtain sufficient waterproofness and design, the joint width must be at least 511 m to 1011 m.
This had the disadvantage of not only increasing costs but also prolonging the construction period. Also, the above method had the disadvantage of having to be repaired every few years due to the weather resistance of the caulking agent.

It is very difficult to match colors like this. One way to deal with this problem is to treat the entire exterior wall with a decorative coating, but this method has the disadvantage of being expensive. Additionally, when caulking vertical joints, precision is required to line up the edges of the end faces of the panels in a straight line from the base to the eaves and create joints of the same width, which has the disadvantage of significantly reducing work efficiency.

After that, a locking body is placed on the vertical joint and fixed with a nail, and a cover is engaged with this locking body through elastic deformation, and the nail head and locking body exposed in the vertical joint are We propose a method for forming vertical joints that covers a stopper and easily forms vertical joints that are both waterproof and highly decorative.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a part of a wall formed by the above-mentioned joint forming method, where the upper part is a panel, the soil is a retaining body, the work is a cover, 12 is a vertical joint, and 13 is a real melt adhesive. 14 is a nail, and 15 is a frame body consisting of a main pillar 16 and a stud 17. To explain further,
On the panel, for example, as shown in FIG.
It is an elongated body made of a sand inch structure, and is shaped so that when connected, the wall surface becomes at least the road surface. In addition, the locking body ↓ is formed by molding one type of metal plate, synthetic resin plate, etc. to have a roughly gutter-like cross section, as shown in Figures 3(a) and (b), for example. It covers the vertical joints 12 and the heads of the nails 14 driven into the ends of the panels that correspond to the vertical joints 12, and also functions as a waterproof body for fixing the panel ends. The shape of the locking body ↓ is (as shown in Fig. 81, the locking body ↓ and tb1 formed from a flat bottom part 5 and side walls 6 whose both sides are inclined at an angle θ (acute angle)
As shown in the figure, move the tip of the side wall 6 further inward at an angle θ2 (
This is a locking weight formed with a guide piece 7 for guiding the cover which is inclined at an acute angle. Note that the width W of the bottom surface 5 is the vertical joint 12.
wider than the position of the nail 14 driven into the end of the nail, for example 10~
It is about 1001■, which is high.

Further, the cover 1 is formed to have a thickness that can exhibit elastic deformation, as shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b), and is made of one type of metal or synthetic resin, and this material is formed into a substantially gutter shape. However, it covers the locking body ↓ and serves as a decorative material and a prevention material for the vertical joints 12.

1 space W, or (in the case of the cover 8 as shown in Figure b1, it is determined by the size of the lower end wall W of the decorative side surface 10.The vertical joint 12 is a space between the end faces in the longitudinal direction on the panel and has a gap ΔW between them. The upper ends of the panels are fixed with nails 14 to face each other on the main pillars 16 or studs 17, and are vertically formed. The distance is about 1 to 5 m, including cutting errors and installation errors. In other words, the end faces of the panels are installed so that they function as guides when installing adjacent panels. The waterproofing agent 13 is filled into the gaps between the vertical joints 12, which are formed by the end surfaces of the panels facing each other, to close the gaps and prevent rainwater from entering the panel and inside the frame 15. The material for the waterproofing agent 13 is a hot-melt adhesive that is waterproof, has a viscosity of about 1000 to 100OOOCPS, and is easy to inject into the vertical joints 12.

At this time, the longitudinal ends of the panel are placed on the main pillars 16 or studs 17 to fix the panel to the frame. Next, in order to form a second row of horizontal wall sections B on the end surface of the wall section A, repeat the above process while approximately butting the end surface on the panel against the end surface of the wall section A. Horizontal wall part B
form. By repeatedly constructing such horizontal wall sections on the parts that will become the exterior walls of the building, vertical joints 1
form 2. Next, the gap between the vertical joints 120 is filled with waterproofing agent 13, and the locking body ↓ is placed on top of it so that the center of its bottom part 5 almost coincides with the vertical joint 12, and fixed to the frame body 15 with nails 14. 6 Next, attach the cover 1 to the locking body ↓ as shown in Figure 5.
One example of this is to lock the ends and press in the direction of the arrow to cause the cover 8 to elastically deform and engage, thereby forming the vertical joint 12.

。As described above, according to the joint forming method according to the present invention, the vertical joints formed in the panel itself do not appear directly on the exterior, so high precision is not required in the construction of the panel, and therefore the construction time can be significantly shortened. There is. Furthermore, since the panel is fixed by nailing the ends of the vertical joints, and the locking body is again driven on top of the nail, there is an advantage that the panel and the frame are strongly integrated. Furthermore, since the nail heads driven into the edges of the panels are not visible at all, there is no need to apply a decorative coating to areas including vertical joints, resulting in lower costs and eliminating mottled patterns caused by different colors on the walls. There is a characteristic that it does not occur. In addition, since the vertical joints are covered with a waterproofing agent, a locking member, and a cover, they have excellent waterproofness and weather resistance. Furthermore, since it is easy to change the cover, there is an advantage that even when a wall is completely coated with paint and repaired, a cover that matches the color can be attached.

The panels were connected in the vertical direction, and then constructed with the end faces of the adjacent panels facing each other, multiple vertical joints were formed on the frame, and the vertical joints were filled with waterproofing agent. Afterwards, on the panel including the vertical joint part, the bottom surface of a gutter-shaped long locking body having a width larger than the joint width and both side walls sloping outward is fixed to the frame body with nails, and the long locking body is fixed to the frame body with nails. A panel having a gutter-like cross section and a cover protruding inwardly at the lower ends of both sides of the panel is engaged to cover the end of the panel at the vertical joint, the locking body, and the nail. A method for forming vertical joints in walls that have been previously used.
