【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はコンクリートの詰まりをよくした半球ドーム
型コンクリートブロック成型時におけるコンクリート投
入方法に関するものである。

魚礁用、消波用及び根固め用として従来より第2図に示
すような半球ドーム型コンクリートブロックが存在した
。そしてブロックは基本的には大型ブロックに属し、直
径はおおむね1m程度あったが、近時さらに大型化が要
求されるようになってきている。従来のものにあっては
、これを成型するに際しては成型せんとするブロックと
ほぼ相似型の内型及び外型を用意し、これらを成型せん
とするブロックの肉厚分の間隔を保たせて嵌合せしめて
いたのである。このように成型するときには通常はドー
ム型の頂上に相当する部分に設けた孔から内外の型枠の
間隔部分にコンクリートを投入してゆくのであるが、こ
れによって型枠はいわばすえひろがりの形状となってい
るためコンクリートが分散してしまい、コンクリートの
詰まり具合が必ずしもよくないことになる。

狭い方へとコンクリートを投入してゆくことにより、コ
ンクリートの自重も相まってコンクリートの詰まりをよ
くし、その結果成型するブロクの表面を美麗に仕」−げ
ることができるようにした半球ドーム型コンクリートブ
ロック成型時におけるコンクリート投入方法を提供する
ことを目的とするものである。

の部分からコンクリートを投入してゆくのである。する
と、コンクリートは外型2の内面に沿って下方へと流れ
落ち、徐々に蓄積されてゆく。この過程で上方から送り
込むコンクリートによって下方にすでに蓄積されている
コンクリートは凝縮せられることになる。

くのでコンクリートの詰まりが良くなるとともに、成型
時にコンクリート層から気泡抜きも行なわれることにな
り、しかも成型品の表面仕上がりはきわめて良好になる
という効果を有するのである。
