Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the time required to input a document by forming a transparent input tablet and a character display part in one body and then displaying a recognized character under a character written on the tablet. CONSTITUTION:This handwritten character recognition display displays a recognized handwritten character immediately after recognizing the character inputted from a tablet. In one character section of the transparent tablet 2, a character pattern A is handwritten with a pen 1 as shown by number 7. The handwritten character pattern A is inputted as an electric signal to a pattern input part 3 together with position information, and it is recognized by a recognition part 4 and converted into a character code; and the character is displayed at a position specified by said position information at a display part 6. The each input section of a transparent tablet 2 and a display part 6, and the output section of one-character are constituted with one to one and they adjoin to each other on the front and rear sides so the handwritten pattern A shown by 7 is displayed immediately in the form of a display pattern 8 under the section on the tablet after the recognition.

Therefore, each time a character is handwritten, it is necessary to check the input character on a recognized character display section that is located away from the handwritten position. When inputting a document by hand, it is necessary to take one's eyes off the hand, the number of input characters per unit time is small, and the time required to complete text input is disadvantageous.

An object of the present invention is to provide a handwritten character recognition and display device by making the input tablet transparent, integrating the transparent input tablet and the character display section, and displaying the recognized characters below the characters written on the tablet. An object of the present invention is to provide a hand-saving character recognition and display device that shortens the time required for manual writing.

To achieve the above object, a handwritten character recognition and display device according to the present invention includes a pen for inputting handwritten characters and a plurality of writing areas, and sequentially converts handwriting input with the pen into an electrical signal. a transparent tablet that stores the electric signal of the handwriting information for one character in the batza memory and determines the position of the writing area of the transparent tablet from the handwriting information;
A character stamp recognition unit that recognizes handwriting information for characters and converts it into a character code, and a character stamp recognition unit that recognizes the handwriting information of a character and converts it into a character code, and the position where the character stamp is displayed based on the position information of the entry area and the character code sent from the human power department and the character stamp recognition unit. A recognized character output unit that generates a character pattern corresponding to the character code, a display unit that displays a plurality of characters based on the display position information and character pattern from the recognized character output unit, and a metal plate on the back side of the transparent tablet. By setting up a display section and making a one-to-one correspondence between the multiple writing areas on the transparent tablet and the display positions where multiple characters are displayed, when characters are handwritten with a pen on one writing area on the transparent tablet, the image will be immediately displayed. Recognized characters are displayed below the recognized characters.

前記構成によれは本発明の目的は完全に達成できる。・ 以下図面を参照して本発明の詳細な説明する。With the above configuration, the object of the present invention can be completely achieved.・ The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Next, the operation of the apparatus according to the embodiment will be explained using the example of the sieve proofing machine and one-way display button shown in FIG. First, with pen L, handwrite the handwritten character ``BATAN'' as shown by the number 7 in FIG. 2 within one character section of the transparent tablet 2. The position information of the 1-character section where the character is written, and the name of the ``praised''``bang'' are inputted to the ``bang'' input section 3 as electric signals. The handwritten character pattern A is sent to the character stamp recognition section 4, subjected to NR, converted into a character code, and sent to the recognized character output section 5 together with the position information sent from the stamp input section 3. Based on the positional information received in the buffer for one display screen, the character output unit 5 changes the pattern / of the display section to a button corresponding to the received character code. The recognized character output section 5 scans the buffer for one display screen and displays the characters on a display section 6 formed of a dot matrix or the like. The input sections and the single character output sections of the transparent tablet 2 and the display section 6 have a one-to-one correspondence and are arranged so that they are adjacent to each other, so that A of the handwritten character pattern 7
After recognition, it can be immediately displayed as a display button 8 under the selected section on the transparent tablet. An example of the display when a series of characters are handwritten as the third factor is shown.
