Claims (1)
- それぞれ両面に電極用とその引出線用の耐熱金属層を設
けた酸素ポンプ素子用および酸素濃淡電池素子用の2つ
の酸素イオン導電性固体電解質板状体を、厚み方向の比
較的大きい孔と該孔の側方でこれと連通ずる伺じく厚み
方向の1個または複数個の比較的小さい孔とを具えかつ
上記板状体の材質と同種の材質からなる中間板状体を挾
んで積層一体化し、しかして先側と元側とを区別し1.
上記先側に偏平な囲われた室と該室を外界に連通させる
連通孔とを形成するとともに上記室の厚み方向の両壁に
それぞれ元側から引出線を介して電圧の印加もしくは取
り出しがなされる酸素ポンプ素子もしくは酸素濃淡電池
素子の酸素透過壁を形成したことを特徴とする酸素セン
サ。′
