At the same time, harmful rays i that are reflected off the wall surface and directed upward are also generated.

ものになるのである。The present invention, which was made to achieve this purpose, consists of the rear surface of the light bulb having a hemispherical surface or a curved surface close to this, and an oval shape as a whole, and the main filament and the sub-filament are arranged relative to the axis of the light bulb. Arranged vertically in parallel, the secondary filament is 0.3 to 0.3 to The main filament I is located at the focal point of the reflecting mirror, and is arranged so that the axis of the light bulb and the axis of the reflecting mirror are parallel to each other. This is a headlamp in which the internal bulb shape is oval, and the installation position of the sub-filament is specified within a certain space, and the light rays emitted from the sub-filament are transmitted through the wall of the bulb and reflected by a mirror. Except for the rays that reach the paraboloid of the reflector and become effective rays, the reflected light reflected from the inner wall surface does not follow the path to the paraboloid of the reflecting mirror, but is irradiated below the horizontal line, or the reflectance Since the light bulb faces the front of the small bulb, harmful light irradiation is eliminated, and since the axis of the bulb and the axis of the reflector are parallel, it is easy to set the bulb, and at the same time, the prism step of the lens can be reduced. This, combined with the anti-glare measures in the bulb itself, eliminates most of the upward scattered light, making it an excellent headlight.

In FIG. 2, 1 is a light bulb, and the rear part 2 of the light bulb is a hemispherical curved surface centered on the center of curvature 3, or a curved surface close to this. Connecting to this curved surface, the body portion 4 is formed into a gentle curved surface toward the front, and is formed so as to have an approximately oval shape as a whole.

In the headlamp of the present invention having the above configuration, the axis Y of the reflector 8 and the axis X of the light bulb 1 are arranged in parallel, and the main filament 5 is located at the focal point F of the reflector. , when the sub-filament 6 is turned on,
A downward effective light ray 10 is transmitted through the glass surface of the light bulb, that is, the wall surface, and reaches a reflecting mirror 8.

上向きの光線がほとんどでなくなるのである。When the sub-filament 6 lights up, a reflected light 11 is generated that is reflected on the inner wall of the light bulb, but since the position of the sub-filament 6 is behind the center of curvature 3, this reflected light either becomes a downward ray or an upward ray. Even if it becomes a light ray, it reaches the light shielding plate 9, so no harmful light reaches the reflecting mirror 8, and therefore, there is almost no upward ray of dazzling light from the agent illumination lamp.

The shape of the bulb housed inside is oval overall, and the mounting position of the sub-filament is in a limited space, so that the reflected light on the inner wall of the bulb is directed downward or is blocked by a light shielding plate, and The axis of the reflector is parallel to the axis of the bulb, and the main filament is at the focal point of the reflector, making it a good headlight that does not emit any harmful upward rays. It is easy to set the light bulb against the mirror, the prism step of the lens can be made small, and furthermore, the light bulb itself has excellent effects such as being able to prevent glare.
