Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は熱可塑性樹脂の押出し成型機に関し、その目的
は、原料樹脂の供給を容易にするとともに、混練中にお
ける原料樹脂の過大な発熱を押えて、良好な混線をおこ
なえる様に構成した熱可塑性樹脂の押出し成形機を提供

してあり、横孔6の中央部には、その孔軸を中心部とし
て、下部本体2及び上部本体3に亙って、中空円錐状の

成した場合に比較して、樹脂通路が長くなり、かつ急圧
縮されることはないから、溶融樹脂が過熱されず、変質

中空部を有する円板収納室内に、所要方向に回転し得る
様に取付けることにより、該回転円板の両側に供給した
原料を、回転円板の両側斜面に沿ってその回転中心方向
、若しくはその外周方向に移送させる様にしたことを特
