In the headlight of the present invention in this embodiment, the reflector body 2 is made of resin, so it is lighter in weight compared to an all-glass one, and the bulb lead-in wire 10 and external terminals are lighter than in a metal-backed one. There is no need to insulate between the reflector 3 and the reflector 2, and the structure is simple.

Moreover, the portion of the resin reflector body 2 closest to the bulb 1, that is, the first rib 23 provided with the through hole 21 for insertion of the lead-in wire.
Since the inner part is covered with the heat insulating plate 5, that part can be protected from the heat generated by the bulb 1.

Therefore, in the headlamp of the present invention in this embodiment, a heat insulating member 7 (for example, an insulator) molded into a bobbin shape is set in a mold for molding a resin reflector body, and the lead-in wire is formed at the same time as the resin reflector body 2 is molded. A lead-in wire 10 cut to a specified length is integrally molded at a portion corresponding to the insertion hole 21, and the lead-in wire 10 cut to a specified length is passed through the heat insulating member 7, and the lead-in wire 10 and the external terminal 3 are connected with solder 8.
Since the structure is fixed by the above-mentioned structure, it is possible to obtain the same effects as those of the above-mentioned embodiments, and also to reduce the number of parts.

As is clear from the above examples, the headlight of the present invention has a reflective body made of resin, so it is much lighter in weight than an all-glass headlight, and it is also lighter in weight than a metal-backed headlamp. In comparison, there is no need to insulate between the bulb lead-in wire or external terminal and the reflector, and the structure is simple.

In particular, in the present invention, a heat insulating member is provided at least on the inner side of the through hole for the insertion of the bulb lead-in wire in the resin reflector body, that is, in a portion close to the bulb. Therefore, it is possible to use a heat-resistant resin for the resin reflecting mirror body, and the range of selection of resin materials to be used is widened, and there are effects such as not having to choose physical properties against heat.
