に出力させる放電部と、熱交換器とを備えたガスレーザ
装置において、前記熱交換器を、前記放電部を通り温度
上昇したガス媒質を冷却する機能を有する第1の熱交換
器と、ガス媒質を補助的に冷却する機能とガス媒質を乱
流化させる機能を有する第2の熱交換器とに分割し、該
第1の熱交換器を前記放電部の下流側で前記送風機と前
記放電部の間に設けるとともに、該第2の熱交換器を前
記放電部の上流側直前に設けたことを特徴とするガスレ
