Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) The take-up shaft on which the occupant restraint webbing is wound is urged in the webbing take-up direction by the urging force of a small elastic body, and the rotation of the operating ring in the webbing take-up direction, on which the urging force of a large elastic body acts, is normally controlled.
