Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the shaft current for the subject rotary electric machine by a method wherein marks are put on the points on the outer circumference of a stator steel plate, and the directional and thicknss deviation of the permeability of an electrical steel sheet is avoided by laminating the steel sheet in such a manner that the position of the marks is shifted by rotating the stator steel plate at 60 deg. at a time. CONSTITUTION:On the annular stator steel plate 6 which will be punched out one by one from the steel belt of an electrical steel sheet, six grooves 7 to be used for the bundles of wirings are provided on the outer circumference and a plurality of grooves 8, which is a multiple of six, are provided on the inner circumference of the stator steel plate 6. When the stator steel sheets 6 are punched out, marks A and B of different shapes are put on the same place on the prescribed two grooves 7 for winding bundles located on each stator steel plate. To be more precise, the mark A with a notch 9 is put on the upper groove 7 for bunding, and the mark B with two notches is put on the groove for bundling located at the point one sixth rightward of the circumference, in other words, the point where the stator steel plate will be rotated at 60 deg.. When a stator steel plate 6 s laminated, the mark A is rotated rightward by 60 deg. each time and this operation is repeated.
