Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the heating efficiency by covering the upper area of an expansion cylinder with the heat insulative radiation plate having a high radiation rate and introducing a heater tube into the back of the radiation plate, in the combustor for heating a heater by combusting the fuel for a thermal gas engine. CONSTITUTION:In the combustor for a thermal gas engine, the combustion air introduced from an air stream inlet 1 performs heat exchange with exhaust gas and temperature rises in a heat exchanger 2, and the air is provided with swirling by a swirler 4 and flows into a combustor 5. Fuel is jetted from a fuel nozzle 6, and mixed with the combustion air described the above, and ignited by a spark plug 7 and combusted, then discharged through a heater tube 8, heat exchanger 2, and an exhaust outlet 9.
