Abstract
PURPOSE: To clearly, and certainly hold and indication label on a tire for a bicycle, by a method wherein the label is adhered to a tire under the specific condition of heating and pressuring before vulcanization, and is integrally imprinted on the tire through a forming process.
CONSTITUTION: The indication label is clearly held on a tire for a long time, as it is adhered to a green tire before the tire is vulcanized and formed, and is sufficiently imprinted on the tire through a forming process. That is, a tire for a bicycle is vulcanized and formed under such a heating and pressuring condition that the temperature is about 120W180°C and the pressure is about 2W6kg/cm2, for 3W10 minutes. Since the base to which a label is to be imprinted is a rubber tire, it is favorable to use a film having thermal adhesion property of a rubber system.
