Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a product which is not restricted by shape in secondary operation by making primary operation maintaining a metallic material at a specified temperature and performing secondary operation making the texture of the product a texture made up of equiaxed minute crystal grains.
CONSTITUTION: In primary operation, a metallic matterial is formed by extrsion, drawing, rolling, forging, pressing, die-casting, casting etc. to a shape close to a final product maintaining at a temperature 20W50% of melting point of the metallic material. In the case of operation by extrusion and drawing, the material is compressed several times beforehand to make its texture a texture consisting of minute crystal grains. Temperature of the product obtained by primary operation is maintained by passing through a heating device heated to a temperature 20W50% of melting point of the material, and secondary operation is made under this temperature condition. Secondary operation includes press forming and deep drawing etc. that forms bending form, deep drawing form or bulged form which cannot be formed simultaneously with primary operation.
