Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of a process by discharging deoiled small products automatically from a deoiling drum directly under high speed rotation of the drum.
CONSTITUTION: When small products are discharged from above a discharge drum 14 into a deoiling drum 11 while a discharging disc 16 is positioned in the bottom part of the drum 11, they are rolled to the circumferential edge part of the disc by a circular conical surface 18 and contact with the inside circumferential surface of the drum 11. thereupon, when the drum 11 is rotated at high speeds, the small products are pressed to the inside circumferential surface by centrifugal force, and the oil stuck on the products is feed and expelled from small holes 11a by the effect of centrifugal force. When the disc 16 is moved upward up to the top end of the drum 14 by a shaft 17 without rotated, the small products drop over the top end of the drum 14 onto the circumference and go toward a chute 15, thus the deoiling and discharging of the products are automatically under the rotation of the drum 11.
