Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour of bending work of a coil and at facilitate formation of the coil of an electric rotary machine when conductor bars are to be inserted in grooves of a core and necessary connection is to be performed at the end parts thereof by a method wherein only either side of upper row bars or lower row bars are bent and the tips thereof are connected. CONSTITUTION:The conductor bars 32a, 32b are inserted in two rows of the upper and lower sides in the grooves of the core 1, and both the end parts thereof are made to be protruded from the end face of the core. Only either side of the bar conductors 32a in the upper row or the bar conductors 32b in the lower row are worked to be bent, and are connected to the prescribed conductor bars at the tip parts to form the coil 32. Accordingly man-hour necessary for bending work can be reduced and because the intervals g2 between the conductor bars 32b being not bent can be held as large, enhancement of insulation characteristic and enhancement of cooling effect can be attained.
